Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt-out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
This page explains what information we collect, whether we sell it, and how you can exercise your rights under California law.
What Information Do We Collect?
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Email address, account ID, device identifiers
- Usage Data: App interactions, features used, page views
- Health-Related Inputs: Nutrition tracking data, weight, dietary goals (voluntarily provided)
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, approximate location
- Commercial Information: Subscription status, purchase history

Do We Sell Your Information?
No, we do not sell your personal information for monetary compensation.
We use analytics services to improve our product and may share limited information with advertising partners to measure campaign effectiveness. Under the CCPA's broad definition, this may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
Important: We do NOT sell or share health-related data for advertising purposes. Your nutrition tracking data, dietary goals, and health information are never shared with advertisers.
How to Opt-Out of Tracking
You can opt-out of tracking and data sharing in several ways:
1. Manage Cookie Preferences
Click the “Cookie Preferences” link in our website footer to manage which tracking technologies are enabled. Rejecting analytics cookies will prevent tracking data from being collected.
2. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we will automatically treat it as an opt-out of sale and sharing. You can enable GPC in browsers like Firefox, Brave, or through browser extensions.
3. Contact Us Directly
You can submit an opt-out request by emailing us at privacy@gram.fit. Please include:
- Your email address associated with your account
- A statement that you want to opt-out of the sale/sharing of your personal information
We will process your request within 15 business days.
Your Rights After Opting Out
After opting out, you can continue to use Gram Fit with full functionality. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means:
- No denial of goods or services
- No different prices or rates
- No different quality of service
